AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
Private individuals have a 10 working day right of withdrawal/exchange of the ordered product when
shopping online. This means that you can return unused, undamaged products with unbroken
carton/sealing/technical seal. Private individuals who exercise the right of withdrawal must pay the
return shipping. In the case of a refund, only the value of the product is paid back (not shipping costs).
If the product is defective upon opening the package or a fault occurs on the product, the buyer must
contact us within 3 working days! The customer is responsible for shipping the product to us. Once we
have received your package, we will evaluate the product and the damage. We will then contact you
regarding the error and refund.
The companies should examine the goods upon receiving and report any defects within a reasonable
time. Faults that occur after that can be complained about within the warranty period. Otherwise, we
refer to the respective manufacturer or service provider.
Once your order has been placed and we have received it, we will ship it within 1-2 business days! See
below for information on countries, prices, shipping times, etc.
We will videotape the packaging of your order for our safety and protection as well as proof will be
provided if needed!
In the case of a replacement for a damaged or wrongly packed order, the customer needs a video
recording when picking up the package and opening of the package. This is needed so that we can
replace or cover any damage to the order. This must be able to be sent in as well as a receipt for the
order when contacting customer service.

If you cancel the same order 2 times, we will not cancel after that and you will pay for the product in
full!
